The project enquiry asks for your name and email address, plus project context such as relevant services, project stage, preferred timing, and a brief. Company and website details are optional.

The newsletter form asks only for an email address. Submitting it records a separate request to receive Intellinex updates; it does not change the purpose of details submitted through the project enquiry.

Please do not submit passwords, payment information, confidential credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

The details you submit are used to review your enquiry, understand the context, respond to you, and decide what a useful next step may be. They may also be used to keep a reasonable record of the conversation and protect the site from spam or misuse.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or subscribe you to marketing communication.

When you separately submit the newsletter form, the email address is used to process that subscription request and send Intellinex updates. You may withdraw that request at any time by contacting Intellinex.

Project enquiries are processed by a server-side form endpoint and delivered through Resend to the designated Intellinex mailbox. The delivery credentials are not exposed to the browser.

Submitting the newsletter form sends a confirmation message. The address is activated as a subscribed Resend contact only after the confirmation action is completed, and is assigned to the configured newsletter topic when one is used.

Hosting, email, and form-delivery providers may process technical or enquiry data as part of providing those services. Their handling is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business conversation, meet applicable obligations, or resolve disputes. The appropriate retention period depends on the final operating and legal requirements.

Reasonable safeguards can reduce risk, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
